The overall audit score of 96/100 places Siam Orchard in the top tier of certified food manufacturers in Thailand.
Key findings highlighted by the audit team included:
- Exemplary cold chain documentation and temperature monitoring practices
- Robust supplier qualification and ongoing monitoring program covering all 200+ partner farms
- Well-maintained cleaning and sanitation verification records

'Food safety is not a department — it's a culture,' said Quality Assurance Director Nattaporn Wanichaya. 'This score reflects the dedication of every member of our team, from the farm gate to the loading dock.'
The ISO 22000:2018 certification is valid for three years and is available for review by prospective partners upon request.
